Great service from hotel staff, excellent location near shops and restaurants, and spacious rooms with comfortable beds.
Room cleaning not done daily and had to request it, no stair access or opening windows, and the room had a damp, musty smell.

Located near a mall and a local shopping centre, this hotel is perfect for those who want to do some shopping. It is also close to the airport and easy to move around using public transport or taxi. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Staff are professional and provide assistance whenever required. Breakfast is nicely prepared with a good selection of food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location was great, close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious and had great amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and free wi-fi. The swimming pool was amazing, with a beautiful view and plenty of sun loungers. The leisure centre also had a sauna, steam room, and spa for some pampering. The dining restaurant had a variety of delicious meals and even offered special diet menus. I felt welcomed from check-in to check-out and would highly recommend this place.
Families would enjoy staying here.

Staff were approachable. Upgraded to suites. Amazing room with views of MBS and SG Flyer. Spacious open-concept bathroom. Comfiest bed. Handy phone for internet and maps. Perfect location near Kampong Glam/Arab street. Lovely pool with great city views.

We loved the very nice location of this hotel near cultural districts, MRT stations, and attractions. The newly renovated room was spacious and comfortable, while the outdoor swimming pool offered amazing views of the Singapore Flyer and MBS. we strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location near Arab street and MRT station. Clean and spacious room with king size bed. Nice pool and gym facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. Would definitely consider staying again.

This hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. The hotel facilities, particularly the pool area, are also great. the staff is friendly and helpful.
